Empower Your Yoga Practice and Life

Yes, you are ready! There is no right amount of experience needed to join OUR Yoga Teacher Training.  We welcome all!

students in Yoga instructor training at UP Yoga, South Minneapolis

Our training is different from others because it’s built upon deep community.  Together we will deepen our yoga practice and our relationship to self.  This will be how we learn to lead others.  When we know ourselves better, we can make more informed and empowered choices in our lives.  Yoga isn’t about taking complicated shapes, it’s about who we are when we’re in those shapes.

Join our Up Yoga Empowerment Program and wake up to what’s possible on and off of your mat so you can set foot on a new life path with a greater sense of self & purpose - whether you intend to teach yoga or not. Through deep community, personalized coaching and mentorship you will receive the education, mindful tools, hands-on experience, and confidence needed to be in action with what matters most to you.  You will simultaneously earn your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate (200 RYT) and be able to register with Yoga Alliance.
