where i’m from

I am from childhood sweetheart parents and a love language of home cooked meals. I am from day dreaming and second guessing. I'm from learning to hold a little less and savor in the moment a little more. I completed my 500hr CYT in 2014 and my 200hr RYT at Up Yoga in 2022. I completed specialty trainings in Barre, Yin, Trauma informed, Super Stretch Kids yoga, and Chair yoga.

An intentional rhythm of breath and movement, space to soften and moments to challenge your physical body.
