The practice of Yoga Nidra is the space in which we reclaim our innate space of rest, rejuvenation, and healing.
Rest is often undervalued in a society where pushing ourselves is the norm. Yoga Nidra is, like Yoga, both a series of practices and techniques, and a way of being. This workshop is an opportunity to move into the spaces of transition with ease and joy. More time spent in these spaces “in between” invariably lead us to more creativity, wholeness, and compassion for ourselves. Nurturing ourselves, especially at this time of year, is one of the best ways we can show appreciation to our bodies, minds, and spirits. Please come with an open mind and an open heart. Wear comfortable and warm clothing that allows you to rest deeply. This workshop is open to all levels, all abilities, all ages!
