Ahndi and Libby have been working together this past year to create a class that seamlessly combines Yin Yoga with Acupuncture for the ultimate in relaxation! Participants report feeling restored and sleeping well after Yin and Pin.
Ahndi will guide you through long-held resting Yin postures, supported with props, that encourages muscle relaxation, fascial release, flexibility and a softening of the mind.
In each pose, Libby will gently insert hair-thin Acupuncture needles to enhance the effects of the posture, by further opening Yin Meridians and creating a healing response in the body.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and pants that comfortably pull up to the knee.
