Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep rest and surrender. An opportunity to relax into a blissful state of being. During our time together, we will also meditate and do a writing exercise to uncover our sankalpa and plant that seed.
There are no prerequisites to attend and all levels and abilities are welcome. Please come prepared in comfortable clothes (layers are best). We will spend a little bit of time setting up with comfortable and supportive options for everyone.
