Up yoga hadstand club

Consistency is the key to developing any skill in your yoga practice and your life. Join David, and a variety of special guest instructors for the Up Yoga Handstand Club! Once a month for six months, we will get together for 90 minutes of handstand fun.

You can expect to work on entering handstands, holding handstands, handstand transitions, floating, and how/when to weave handstands into your yoga practice. There will also be opportunities to practice other inversions such as forearm stand, headstand, crow variations, and more!

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, get ready for another surprise! We will be handing out an official Up Yoga Handstand Club t-shirt to all you groovy students who rock out at 3 out of the 6 workshops. It's an Upside-down party you won't want to miss!
