As the election season and geo-political landscape intensifies, it can bring heightened emotions, stress, and polarized conversations. Through the ancient practice of Loving-Kindness Meditation (Metta), you will learn to cultivate compassion, empathy, and goodwill for yourself, loved ones, and even those with differing viewpoints. Regularly practicing Loving-Kindness Meditation during these challenging times can be a practical tool for maintaining a sense of peace and compassion, even amid tension and conflict.
