Partner yoga is a delightful way to create shapes together that you cannot create on your own while deepening connection and building trust. Join Meghan for a fun, interactive afternoon of laughter, tenderness, and physical touch through partner poses, partner stretching, and hands on assists. Absolutely no experience is necessary. Come with a friend, partner, yoga buddy, or family member knowing we will switch up duos a bit to communicate beyond words in community. This workshop will deepen your practice and leave you feeling calm, grounded, tended to, and connected. Close practice with complimentary wine, chocolate and NA options to celebrate connection and community.
