Ahndi and Libby seamlessly combine Yin Yoga with Acupuncture for the ultimate in relaxation! Participants report feeling restored and sleeping well after Yin and Pin.
Ahndi will guide you through long-held resting Yin postures, supported with props, that encourages muscle relaxation, fascial release, flexibility and a softening of the mind.
In each pose, Libby will gently insert hair-thin Acupuncture needles to enhance the effects of the posture, by further opening Yin Meridians and creating a healing response in the body.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and pants that comfortably pull up to the knee.
