Embracing You - A Fundraising Class

Join us for a special Donation yoga class dedicated to self-love, honoring our bodies, and connecting with our innate selves.


This gentle flow followed by various Yin postures is designed for all levels and will guide you through a series of soothing poses that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and inner peace. In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to become disconnected from our bodies and our true selves. This class offers a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of daily life, a space where you can slow down, tune in, and embrace the beauty of your body and authentic self. Through mindful movement and breath, we'll explore the profound connection between body and mind, fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and compassion.


Led by Kat - Instudio or Online options available - $25 donation recommended: Proceeds from this class will go towards the Minnesota National Eating Disorder Awareness Walk that will take place on Sunday, October 27th, 2024 in Saint Paul, MN
